Eleazer D. Morrill was a member of Company I, Eighth Regiment, Vermont Volunteers. He enlisted on November 7, 1861 at the age of 43, and was discharged February 28, 1863. [7] CHILDREN
Joseph Morrill of Danville enlisted as a Private on 3 June 1862 at the age of 18 in Company A, 10th Infantry Regiment Vermont. He was discharged for wounds on 2 January 1865. [10]
