This manuscript offers a 70-odd page biography of Elisha Knowles Morrill and his family. Elisha is quoted at length from his letters and notes. He grew up on a farm, attended the NH Converence Seminary beginning in 1846 to learn to be a teacher, and was subsequently a teacher for a number of years.
