In 1880, Kyras Morrill worked on the railroad in Concord, Vermont.

Kyron Morrill of Danville enlisted as a Private on 18 September 1861 in Company D, 1st Cavalry Regiment Vermont. He was promoted to Corporal. He mustered out on 21 June 1865. [6]
