William Morrill, Carpenter, of Haverhill, enlisted as a private on 26 September 1861 at the age of 26 in Company F, 17th Infantry Regiment Massachusetts. He recevied a disability discharge on 15 September 1863. He then reenlisted 5 September 1864 in Company F, 2nd Heavy Artillery Regiment Massachusetts, and was discharged on 26 June 1865. [5] CHILDREN
